Registration is officially open for the Mercedes Benz ARAM Challenge , a new online challenge in the world of League of Legend , the popular video game that represents one of the main gaming platforms in the e-sports landscape. A new adventure that emphasizes the closeness between Mercedes and the world of e-sports: a universe, live and online, which has conquered millions of fans globally.
The tournament, organized in collaboration with ESL Italia, is divided into four qualification Cups (17, 20, 22 and 27 December) and will end with the final on 29 December. All competitions will be broadcast live on the channels of ESL Italia, partner of the tournament, and on the channels of the main influencers in the sector. The godmother of each qualifying Cup will be a model of the new generation of compact cars of the Star, the youngest range of the large family signed by Mercedes. The overall prize pool of the tournament is € 5,000.

The Mercedes-Benz commitment to e-sports began in 2017 through the partnership with ESL, one of the largest esports companies in the world, in October 2018 when Mercedes became ESL’s global mobility partner. In 2019 it is the first car brand to invest in an e-sports team. 2020 marks a new important stage in the Star’s commitment to e-sports, since last September the brand has been the exclusive automotive partner of all global video game events.
