- Season 11 of League of Legends will kick off in 2021 with great anticipation, especially with the new items and how the pros will adapt, once again, in Summoner’s Rift.
Many will already be testing all the changes to the objects and others, although Riot Games has in mind to continue balancing them and to continue adjusting the game, which is currently in a preseason state.

In fact, Mark Yetter has released the changes intended for patch 11.1 , the first of season 11, and they have the objects in their sights. We review the announced changes and those that are published.
League of Legends Patch 11.1 Notes
Changes to objects
Passive changed from 100 + 30% bonus AD to 65 + 25% bonus AD.
Damage changed from 55 to 60 (base).
Active changes from 100 + 30% AD to 65 + 25% AD.
Base skill speed increased from 10 to 20.
Active changed from 175-250 + 15% AP to 125 + 15% AP.
Base Ability Power increased from 80 to 90.
Base Health granted increased from 250 to 350.
Passive changed from 125-200 (based on level) + 15% AP to 125 + 15% AP.
Base Ability Power changed from 80 to 90.
Base Health changed from 250 to 300.
Base Attack Damage changed from 35 to 25.
Base skill speed increased from 10 to 20.
Active damage changed from 110% of total AD to 100% of total AD.
Slash healing per champion hit changed from 20% of total AD + 12% of missing health to 25% of total AD + 12% of missing health.
It is now calculated for each hit to each champion, which means that the healing is reduced compared to the previous state of the item.
Active damage changed from 110% of total AD to 100% of total AD.
Base damage drops from 50 to 45.
Base skill speed increased from 10 to 20.
- Seriously injured objects
The duration of the debuff will change from 2 seconds to 3 seconds.
- Shurelia’s battle song
Movement speed changed from 40% to 60%.
The AP changes from 60 to 65, and the Sapphire Crystal is exchanged for an Amplifying Tome in the recipe.
The AP changes from 60 to 65.
- Ionia’s Boots of Lucidity
Skill speed changed from 15 to 20.
Total cost increased from 2600 to 2900. The Sapphire Crystal is removed for a Long Sword in the recipe.
Passive damage changed from 4% to 2.5%. The passive confers 2.5% mana in AD instead of 2%.
Changes to champions
Nerves
Q’s CD goes up from 18-14 to 18-16.
W’s CD increases from 9-7 to 10-8.
Health regen changed from 10 to 9.
W AD scaling changes from 135-165% to 120-165%.
Buffs
Mana cost down from 40 to 40-32.
Health regen changed from 8.5 to 9, and health regen per level changed from 0.65 to 0.9.
Base AD changes from 64 to 66.
The CD of the E changes from 12-8 to 10-8.
E mana cost changed from 40 to 30.
E base shield increased from 80-200 to 80-240.
Mega Gnar’s Q damage changed from 5-165 to 25-205. This ability slow changed from 15-35 to 30-50%.
The jump of the E in Mega Gnar increases its range from 600 to 675.
E attack speed on Mega Gnar increased from 4 to 6 seconds.
Tight
Passive critical damage increased from 100% to 150%. Passive conversion percentage changes from 1% – 0.5 AD to 1% critical for every 0.4 AD.
The AD per level goes from 3.2 to 2.2.
