The battle between Apple and Epic Games never stops, on the contrary it ignites more and more pending the hearing on 28 September. We are witnessing constant back-and-forth between the two companies, whose relations have irremediably cracked after the epic (it should be said) decision to bypass Cupertino’s in-app purchases system by adding a direct payment method.
The speech – we already know – focuses on Epic’s refusal to comply with the rule imposed by the ” monopolist ” Apple which provides for the withholding of 30% on earnings. A move that cost the exit of the game from the App Store (but also from the Google Play Store), which in turn gave rise to a series of causes and counter-causes from which it is difficult, to date, to glimpse a solution “peaceful”.
